Breakfast was good, quickly and delivered on time. However no fruit options besides juice.
The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with assisting me to order dinner from the restaurant across the street when I retuned from work late.
The airport shuttle driver was always on time, with free airport transfers offered from the hotel.
The room was very clean, with clean smelling sheets.
My one complaint was in the bathroom - everything else in the Guesthouse was good.
I did not have hot water until the few days of my stay, even after running the water for awhile, which I did not like doing as this is wasteful.
There was also a near constant smell from the drains in the bathroom - I had to cover one drain with a bathroom mat every day to try and mitigate the smell.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of space in one bedroom apartment and clean.
Being next to the elevator was noisy with it going up and down, not because of the people.

There are some restaurants closeby. The place is in walking distance to the AU compound and the GIZ AU office. The room as simple but clean, spacious, and quiet.
The breakfast was not included with booking in booking, which led to some discussions when checking out. It seems to have been an error, since the breakfast is supposed to be included in the bookings - which I did not know.
