The staff was super friendly.
The Internet WIFI service was terrible in my room. If I wanted to use my computer or smartphone, I had to open up the door and stand outside of room for a modest signal. If I closed the door, the WIFI did not work at all.

I stayed at the Venetian Hotel in Addis Ababa for 10 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
The restaurant serves delicious food, and the bar has a lively, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for meeting locals, who are incredibly kind and sociable.
A special mention goes to Manager Akiya, who welcomed me in my own language and was always ready to assist and guide me through my Addis adventure.
Rahel, Biruk, Weyni, and Titi will forever have a place in my heart—their warmth and smiles made my stay unforgettable.
Fantastic team, fantastic experience. I truly hope to see you all again soon!

The staff here have some of the best customer service in Addis. They are so smiley and welcoming and helped with everything that we needed. They made the hotel stay for us.
Delicious made to order breakfast including including a hot breakfast (try the Ethiopian Full), fresh juice, tea/ coffee, cake. Much better than other more expensive hotel buffet breakfasts.
Great that the shuttle service is included.
Nice clean rooms.
Good location.
Nice restaurant food.
My new favourite place to stay in Addis! We will be back!
The road outside is a bit tricky for some taxis to find.
