It was like home from home I.e staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless in terms of cleanliness .absolutely amazing place to stay

Staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms are bright and clean with comfortable beds. The neighbourhood of the hotel is relaxed and safe and around are some little bars and and Cafs.
The hotel is a bit far from the touristy places of Addis. But yet you can walk if you allow some time. Breakfast room could be a bit cleaner.

The only good thing in this hotel was the free transfer from and to the airport and the staff in the reseption was kind.
We stayed there for one night and there was not water in all hotel.we cannot wash neither our hands.we change room at first because of the water but again no water.the bathroom was old and not so clean.it was like abandoned.The bed was make noise all the time if you are moving, it was no so comfortable for this reason.The earea there was not at all in the centre and it was Very difficult if you wanted to go somewhere.everything was so far.about 30 minutes by taxi.Also we waiting to the airport the driver of the hotel 40 minutes and ot was difficult to talking with them we are little nervous with that because they send is meil that they will waiting for us the driver with my name on a paper and never been there.

Clean and great value for money
No hot water and ensure rooms are not given out before you reach the hotel ( 2 rooms were booked and 2 rooms were given but only after fighting for the 2nd room which initially was said to be unavailable at check in)

Exceptionally friendly helpful staff. High standard of cleanliness. Breakfast selection was limited but was very tasty. Issues like creaky bed was dealt with promptly. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Bedding and the room settings were just fine. Hot shower was supurb, and the toiletry were good.
Arranging for a taxi or a pick up on time needs to improve, needless to say early orders were placed. For first timers, a taxi driver who knows the placess well should be called.

Breakfast is complimentary with either coffee or tea. I tried all of the breakfast options (scrambled eggs+toast, pancakes, french toast) and all were delicious. All of the staff is extremely friendly, will provide recommendations, and help in any way they can.
