The Hotel gave away my reservation after I called them and one of the staff has confirmed to me. It was bad experience because I came late and I didnt know the area at all. I have scramble to find another hotel which was bad carrying luggage
They shouldnt Waite to tell me that the reservation was canceled the time I arrived. It was very bad business
