Shuttle Service is never ready at arrival, and Fridge/TV needs always to be fixed after check-in...this was my 5th stay at Sidra

Everything. Simply everything. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious and it has a good view from the balcony Breakfast was amazing, daily fresh and delicious. With variety of food collection. Attractive facilities. Spa, restaurant, outdoor traditional caf. Very secure place. I salute the experienced staff the has. They been always doing the best they can to make my stay comfortable with their quick responds, honesty, frankness and seriousness at work. I also salute those janitors for making everything shine and clean. I highly recommend the hotel for you guys. You won't regret it ;)
Just two small things. Ceiling lights needs improvement. It works well but not perfect. Bathroom shower needs to get bigger little bit. It's kinda tight for a big man like me. They already got a big comfy bathroom and they can easily improve it

I enjoyed the security spa and management staff. 2 or 3 of the front desk females were kind as well.
The disrespect from one of the staff member, she even went as far as quoting us a higher price when we intended to extend out stay so we ended up switching hotels. Work was a little hard to achieve with the slow and on and off wifi, over all the shower was cold and just uncomfortable. At the very most these things are all am manageable. Also very disrespectful to treat people differently based on cultural assimilation. The food was absolutely terrible and the price is tripled for but they have local places with much better taste and pricing such as Milke where we were able to work and eat.
