Guests in executive suites and rooms have free access to an executive lounge where breakfast is served in quiet and comfortable surroundings and where free drinks and snacks are provided between 17: 00 and 19: 30 each day.
The mini bar in the room could have been colder.

On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays the rooms with the pool view have to suffer from very loud music from the late night events on the outside bar too noisy although these rooms have the best view

beautiful grounds, excellent facilities like pool and gym, good standard and consistency of food, excellent breakfast spread and great service
room decor a little bit dated, too many tv channels : ), a bit of an oasis(bubble) in the city in that you can eat and stay there all day and not see the real city

The hotel has good facilities and a high level of security
Accommodation prices are high compared to international hotels of the same brand, and the furniture is old and needs renovation. It does not have a barber shop (for women or men), and the gym is closed. What bothered me the most is the room service, they need to ask permission before entering.

It is located in the middle of city and one of best 5 stars hotel in Ethiopia and the hotel has like auditorium or hall for events, they have free airport shuttle from and to airport 24 hours if you stay there
The hotels managment is very professional and polite but they missed some details like for example the shower is not working properly and toilet door is not closing
