I put Do not Enter sign still they got in to my room and they left TV on. I report it to the manager bit did not care. Becareful not to leave valuable things in an open. Lock them in a safe.

Room was comfortable. The cleanliness of the room, toilets and general surroundings of the reception Internet connectivity was good. Providing an extra duvet came in very handy.
The food. Most were served semi cold. The chips/fries were bit hard to chew and cold. There is a need for more variety in the menu. The room was usually colder than the outside. Making sleep difficult.

Location is good if you like a somewhat lively area. The staff was very friendly and polite especially the lady on reception that checked me out. WiFi worked well, the breakfast for me was a case of take it or leave it. Would i stay there again? i probably would .

I had previously stayed at this hotel.
I was hounded to pay in US dollars which was unnecessary. I have previously booked this hotel with Booking online, and paid locally in birr. This time around, they refused to accept the local payment except it is in US dollar.
