What I liked the most is that the staff were welcoming and always ready to help.
What needs to improve are" 1) cleanliness of the towels and bed linen - they are supposed to be white but look beige/ dirty and I had to use my own towel. Use appropriate detergents and improve the supervisory skills of managers to ensure these basic items are properly washed and maintained to a standard. 2) the bathroom has a consistent bad smell - again - sanitary engineers should inspect bathrooms on regular basis - at least once a month to solve such issues. There must be some water trapped and not properly draining.

The Warm welcome-The staff at the reception is fantastic,The service is excellent wether it is at the Restaurant ,at the Bar.Everybody is so dedicated and so professional..the security at the entrance is very good and polite and the housekeeping is excellent. Special mention to mariyamawit, and heman ,they are both great and so professionals..

My stay at the hotel was disappointing due to several issues. -The bathroom floor was constantly wet because of a leak from both the floor and the wall. -The room door did not close properly. We called maintenance twice, and although they came, the problem was never fixed. -We eventually changed rooms, but the new room had no hot water for showering. -The fridge had a very short power cord. Instead of providing an extension cable as requested, maintenance simply pushed the fridge closer to the outlet, blocking the drawers. -We were not informed in advance that there was ongoing construction on the road outside. -There was also no women’s spa available, only a men’s spa. -Additionally, we could not find any hand towels in the room. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The location is great (although for the rest of 2025 and likely early 2026, there will be road construction right outside the hotel).
The hotel’s restaurant food routinely made me sick. Hotel staff entered my room unannounced on several occasions, including at 7am while I was not dressed. I never received an explanation for this.
