The location was good close to ceter and accessible.
The saff were good, but the front desk made mistakes in my room rate, which caused additional expenses that were not part of the bookings. Security staff need to be trained well to treat guests politely and not ask for room.key even after telling them I'm staying at the hotel.
The gym is so small you can't do much there it's just a single room used as a gym space. No spa or sauna space.

Excellent location very close to the airport and with plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee places nearby. Not that you need them, because the hotel bar/coffee shop in the lobby is wonderful! Very friendly and efficient staff, swift WIFI. Our room (702) was large, seemed newly renovated and had big and well laid-out bathroom. Complete bliss after a week of touring Ethiopia's back-waters. There's a large walk-in shower, plenty of free drinking water provieded as well as good toiletteries. The beds were supremely comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. The airport shuttle which we had booked for 6am was on time and we were informed by telephone to our room when it was ready. Next time in Addis, we will definitely stay at the Ramada again, which offered us superb value for money. Can't wait to try the restaurant on the 10th floor.
Rather a lot of outside noise and also from the hotel room doors which close with a bang. If you need an early night (or want to sleep in in the morning), bring earplugs!

Professional and kind staff. Always willing to help and very respectful.
The wifi is good but can be better. Also, they don't have cable tv in the rooms, especially for late night sports. It's a big deal that one!

Friendly staff ALWAYS - the front desk, at breakfast, in the restaurant and in the lobby - everyone was superb. Great breakfast, very attentive.
The gym facilities need work - only one treadmill, one bike, limited floor space. Quite a small gym for such a large hotel! Checking in and checking out - I was told that I did not have early check-in and late check-out even though I did.
