My stay exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and comfortable. The traditional coffee bar on the main floor was a lovely space to work and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, lots of Ethiopian and western options. The spa was also a lovely surprise. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, I received an early check in at no charge and also a late check out with zero hassle. Special thanks to Shalom, Eden, Mulu, Lidiya, Mandelho and Bethane- you all were so kind and very helpful to me during my stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and you can get to other parts of the city relatively quickly. The breakfast was good and abundant. The staff was reliable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overal very good experience.

The location was really great and close to the airport. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also pretty amazing.
Wifi could have been better. Internet speeds are a bit dicy.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing, especially regarding the food and the overall service.
On the first day, I got food poisoning from the hotel’s food, which was severe enough that I had to be hospitalized. I was given IV fluids and medications due to how bad my condition became. This affected my entire trip and was completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
In addition to that, I booked a Business Room and paid the full amount for it, but when I checked in, they gave me a Standard Room instead. At first, they insisted it wasn’t a standard room (even though it clearly was). When I asked for a room change or a refund for the price difference, they said they couldn’t do anything. They told me they would compensate me the next day, but they only contacted me very late on the second day — and by then, I was already checking out the following morning, so the “compensation” was pointless.
Overall, it was a bad experience in terms of food quality, staff communication, and the lack of professionalism.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially for anyone who cares about cleanliness and safe food.
