Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety
The shower cubicle in the bathroom was not water tight, always leaked and left the floor wet.
The staff had a habit of barging into the room without knocking!

The pickup from the airport, the reception by staff at the hotel, the lounge on the 6th floor and everything was super amazing. Staff were so nice and very accommodating

The staff was all really helpful, especially Fasika, Britanya, and the staff in the executive lounge. The drivers were all very responsive and helpful as well.

The staff was simply Superb! Especially the Supervisor Mr. Brook Akalu. Not only did he help us to get a quick tour of Addis (we only had 2 days there) but when we got back I realized I left my purse in the safe. He video called me while he opened it and made arrangements to get it to me back in Switzerland. The coffee shop downstairs has the most AMAZING pastries!! And the dinner in the restaurant was simply delicious with a most helpful and courteous lady waitress. I would HIGHLY recommend staying her.

The property was modern and very clean. The staff was so lovely and made us feel at home and taken care of during our two week stay.
