Hotel staff are friendly.
Horrible, I have some of my belongings gone missing from the room, the shower valve was broken, it wasn't functioning properly, the tv wasn't working, the bed wasn't comfortable with mattress springs popping up, I spent my last night on the dark. Even though I complained but nothing happened. It is a poorly managed hotel.

The location
The property was poorly managed. My room did not have any cable or internet. After complaining they shifted which also had no internet. Housekeeping did not provide any shower gel or shampoo, only bar soap for hand wash. I booked the hotel for air conditioning. But there was no AC and I was told maintenance was on going and it will be fixed in a day. It never happened. The lights in the room were dim. In the corridor it was dark, many of the lights in the corridor was not functioning or was flickering.

The location was perfect and staff was incredibly nice and accommodating
The property looks shabby and uncared for, maintenance is constantly needed as handles are sometimes broken, showers leaks, hot water is often out, the moquette on each floor is dusty.
