Very Poor

Hotel staff are friendly.

Horrible, I have some of my belongings gone missing from the room, the shower valve was broken, it wasn't functioning properly, the tv wasn't working, the bed wasn't comfortable with mattress springs popping up, I spent my last night on the dark. Even though I complained but nothing happened. It is a poorly managed hotel.

Staff were nice and helpful and the health facilities were great.

The beds are not comfortable, with the underneath wires almost popping up
