The location was OK.
Omg where shall I start, well the airport shuttle pick up was late for couple hours, once we arrive at the hotel, they try to put a fast one on us, they claim that they couldn't find our booking so they wanted us to do a new booking and double the price, once we refused, they gave us our rooms. OK... Well our rooms we're extremely disgusting and both our sheets and walls had red stain and our pillows were without a pillow covers. We ask for change of rooms and we we're told straight up NO. So when we we're leaving for the airport, the shuttle driver basically refused to take us for no apparent reason. So if they even ask you to stay for free Don't.

It’s located right in the CBD and closer to the airport. The nights are quite, yet in a buzy area… The staff are very helpful There are gym and sauna facilities Internet is always available
The level of cleanliness is inadequate. They need to improve… also there are ongoing renovations so its a bit deranged. The internet needs constant log on since the gadgets can’t remember it. Door handles needs fixing The TV was unresponsive

Very friendly and helpful staff.. great front office and security team. Kolob is a very great and professional front office staff.
Everything was good, the rooms just need a little more upkeep. Phone wire was ripped off and safe was not functional.

The room was clean, Meron, Saron and Zertehun were exceptionally nice specially the guy works at the bar called Ibrahim was a great guy on my stay at Kaleb Hotel.
Rooms are too old, furniture was too old room needs to be remodeled! I really did not appreciate the guy who was standing by the escalator and harassing customers by asking what room number they are residing in. Manager has to be careful about that staff member and take any necessary corrective actions on that individual who were harassing customers in side the property (at the bar next to the escalator). First of all why does someone ask what room number I am staying in? That's was a suspicious! And I complained to the reception team about this issue.

Exceptional
The location is good and very close to the airport. The free drop-off at the airport is really helpful. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. It really makes one feels so warm and welcomed :-) They just went to a great extent to send back something that I left behind and it truly shows how much they care about their customers. With no doubts, I would come back again to stay :-)
It's all good. I would like some vegetarian options But they do make it if requested for. So really no complaints.

the location was excellent , it is in the center of Addis. close to everything (shopping Cinéma airport etc..)
the bathroom door was broken and doesn’t close the bed sheets weren’t clean the outisde noise was too much there was no room service telephone as it was disconnected there was no information paper in the room bathroom was very poor I think the owners just stopped upgrading the place

The location is great and the gym is very nice.
They play music really loud until late night outside on the terass connected to the hotel so it's impossible to sleep. The sound level is ridiculously high and they have no consideration at all for the people actually living in the hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, nothing you would expect from a "King Deluxe Room".
