Overall stay was good, hospitality food and others were great
External guests are supposed to be allowed to enter into the room without charges other make proper briefing during the checking in process. The issue of exchange rate was also a concern. I went to buy stuffs from the market, and I was given change in local currency, to my surprise, the money was rejected by the Hotel asking for receipt from the forex

The hotel is organised and clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel's management is always attentive to small details, for example:
I was unable to take a shower due to maintenance work that was being carried out and as soon as the issue was resolved, I received a small bag in my room containing the best coffee in Ethiopia, some biscuits and a card apologising for the inconvenience caused by the momentary interruption of the water supply. It was fantastic.
Note: The hotel bar is open 24/7

It was a great experience, staff were nice and welcoming.
I spent 3 nights there with my family.traveling with a baby is always such a big deal, but the staff made it much lighter, each time we went to the restaurant, they kept entertaining the baby, providing my wife and I sufficient time to eat and also feed the baby. As it was my wedding anniversary, I informed the hotel if we could get a tour guide to help us in the city, they recommended one and also further prepared us an anniversary cake to celebrate with us. I had actually booked a standard room, but getting to the hotel, we were upgraded to a deluxe suit.
Indeed, their service was outstanding.

The staff in the hotel was very welcoming and friendly. They made the stay very comfortable and were open for any questions.
The room was very spacious and had great amenities.
The spa is also highly recommendable: I had a deep tissue massage that was very inexpensive and very good as well as the sauna.
There was only one thing that was a bit odd and tainted my experience slightly: My flight was earlier in the morning and I asked to take away breakfast which I was told is possible.
The next morning at the buffet i was suddenly told that I now have to pay for my takeaway boxes. I agreed to a price to then have an employee come after I had packed the breakfast to price me double the price for the boxes. This was just a very odd incident and was not aligned with the service and positive experiences I had the rest of the time

The room and beddings were spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent.
The wifi was bad. There is no air conditioning except a standing fan which doesn't cool the room, only circulates the air. I had challenges with getting my breakfast delivered to my room at 4am based on my request and calling many times to remind them.

Great hotel in a very pleasant neighborhood. Had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights. I had a very late checkin around 1am. The shuttle servicemen met me right at the exit. The shuttle was fast and comfortable and provided for free by the hotel.
I got a free room upgrade to a bigger room. The cleaning was done daily with free refill of bottled watter and all the needed shower accessories.
All the hotel staff was extremely nice ad helpfull.
The neighborhood was safe and comfortable to walk around ever for a single white woman :)
A hat a free complimentary dry sauna visit but I didn't have a chance to use it.
The bed and pillows were super-comfortable and the linenens and towels crispy white and fluffy. Slippers also provided. Safebox and kettle with tea and coffee in the
room are available.
The windows view was a bit strange but did not bother me personally.
The hotel needs already some minor room renovations like - doorways, locks and shower taps.
Breakfasts definitely need to be upgraded, because they are definitely poor for a 4 star hotel. I found myself what to eat butvI'm not much of a morning eater and I've seen better food servings even in a 3 star hotel. Need to work majorly on that.
