I have stayed in the hotel previously, as usual the front desk, kitchen and housekeeping staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant and meeting my comfort needs. It is conveniently located within a few minutes away from the airport. There were plenty of activities around, but the hotel and the rooms were found to be quiet and relaxing.
The front desk staff were most helpful in additional requests.

The staff at the Jupiter Bole are OUTSTANDING! Such great service and assistance with all things. Very comfortable beds!
They made my stay extra special. I booked another stay on my way out of Ethiopia. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and overall, it provided a comfortable and efficient experience. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times because of the location, the food and the quality and cleanliness of the facility. But this time, because of a family emergency the staff was even better than usual even tho they are always wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and caring they showed me. Breakfast is great, everything you could want. Staff is excellent. I have stayed at Jupiter Bole many times and would not stay anywhere else. The location is right in central Bole district with stores and restaurants.

The hotel is fine, if a little old fashioned. The staff is pleasant.
There is really no place to walk from here except up and down the Main Street. Although it is close to the airport, it is a bit far from the other attractions in town.

The hotel has 24 hours front desk and concierge services. On top of that they have very polite and welcoming staff from managers to workers. Conveniently located 1 mile from Bole Airport and offers shuttle service to and from the airport. Free parking, free high speed WiFi which is rare to find in Addis. The restaurant have complimentary breakfast and having Chef Frehiwot and her crew makes it superb service. Because Chef Frehiwot go beyond extra mile to make our restaurant experience unforgettable. My family can’t thank you enough. Kudos to Chef Frehiwot.
I highly recommend Jupiter international hotel bole for anyone visiting or stopping by Addis.

Everything went well. We had three rooms with people arriving on different days, which would often complicate the arrangements but the Jupiter Bole handled everything perfectly. The staff was superb and very friendly. We had several meals in the restaurant and the food was uniformly excellent and reasonably priced.
The free airport shuttle provided a very welcoming service.
I highly recommend the Jupiter Bole Hotel to anyone who needs or wishes to stay reasonably close to the international airport.
