It is less than my expectations they charged me to bring the food in the room which is not fair you guys have frefre for breakfast fast I want to add tebse frrfre I paid for the service

Wonderful
Clean, well kept, friendly and efficient staff. Good with water boiler and fridge in the room. 5 minuter from the airport, still in a silent Environment, with nearby restaurants, shops and 10 min walk to a major Mall. When the frequent power outages occur, the in house generator takes over.
One area of improvment is booking of pick-up at the airport, thus when landing, waiting at imnigration or luggage belt fellow travelers are advised to confirm pickup by calling Lobelia reception.

I like almost everything the location, the staff, service, WiFi, the room ,shuttle service..specially the staff is great, they do everything to give a good service.
To be honest the breakfast was not that good need to improve.

I am a big fan of this place - kettle, fridge and tea all a nice bonus
Great staff from the airport driver to the cleaning ladies

The location is good, the restaurant is open 24 hours and the staff were friendly.
The safety deposit box did not work and they could not do anything about it when I complained. The second room of the suit is visible from the corridor through a decorative glass wall. That breaches the privacy of the room. When I wanted to extend my stay, they offered me a smaller room at a bigger price.
