The staff were amazing! Always smiling and eager to accommodate all requests. We had two scheduled trips with one to Kenya and the hotel held some of our luggage to reduce our baggage.
The front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping were exceptional in meeting our requests.
Definitely will stay here on future trips.
The hotel is dated and would benefit from some needed upgrades, though everything is functional.

The location is excellent very close to airport with free shuttle service and breakfast.
The room was clean
Staff were very nice!
Even though I confirmed the airport pick twice I still had to call them.
The hotel is very outdated and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. The insulation is no existent and there was loud music until 3am.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, food is delicious, The hotel is near the airport ,one of the reception girls i know her from previous hotels, she is very polite and helpful as well as others, overall its a great experience with the hotel
the problem is there is road constructions which most of the roads are closed to the hotel , specially at night

The hotel is located close to the Airport. For the money you pay, it's a decent place. The shuttle was on time for the pick up.
I really don't have anything not to like about the hotel. As I said, for the money, a very good deal.

Convenient location near the airport with free shuttle. Friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Has a restaurant, coffee shop, room service, nice breakfast. Great value.

Location was perfect, the staff were kind and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. They are super close to the airport and have a free shuttle.
There is construction on the street near the hotel, so it is a bit hard to get to.

Lovely staff, good communication, varied breakfasts, and very convenient included shuttle. Our room was very clean comfortable, and it had hot water on demand.
We liked the Lobelia so well that we spent 3 nights at the beginning, one night in the middle, and two nights at the end of our trip here.

Friendly service, free airport shuttle, convenient location, restaurant with room service. Had everything I needed for my short overnight stay.
The window didn’t close completely, so I could hear a bit of outdoor noise (music, mostly). Wearing earplugs solved the problem.

Great airport shuttle service. Good staff. Good food. Hotel is generous with early check-in and free room upgrades. atm right outside hotel was useful.
Asked staff to help with printing some documents and the computer they had was really slow.
Take into account potential traffic jams in the area when going to airport.
