Staff very warm and welcoming.
Slow bar/restaurant service, pool was closed for renovation (not advised in advance), bathrooms were tired and needed renovation.

Pool was good. Breakfast was good as well, recommended as the options outside the hotel are limited. The room was clean, and the property did their best to keep it pleasant.
Location was not as expected, but still good non the less. Breakfast was good, but could have more options, and more local offerings.

Facilities, staff, food, ambiance all good
Alleged renovation of guest rooms was merely a redecoration with new beds etc. The bathroom was bad, with shower curtain ripped, light fixture broken, old things like "razor blade dispenser" and soap dish holder still there. No re-tiling in renovation. Room sound proofing very bad, can hear everything from next door room, including talking and toilet flushing, plus external religious callings for Ethiopian Christmas can be heard from 4.30am. Overall Very Cheap renovation.
