Staff could not have been friendlier. The hotel is well located and perfect for a short stay. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely.
The hotel can get very busy at times and it was sometimes difficult to find a table to eat dinner by the pool. Service was quite slow, but the hotel was very busy during our visit so staff may have been over run.

Breakfast was great. Staff were super helpful especially the concierges who sorted out a driver to take me to meetings. Tewodros (Teddy) was brilliant. Loved the gym. Great equipment.
Sometimes - weekends and holidays the restaurants were very busy although the staff did their very best not to keep you waiting. Pool too crowded a lot of the time which put me off swimming.

so many things... nothing close to the standards of the 'Hilton' brand (very aging room material, bathroom in terrible condition, air conditioning barely functionning, etc etc etc)

Location
Very poor service. Reply to messages very late. Room tea and coffee does not have milk or milk powder. When I asked for some to be delivered, they told me to go to the restaurant and get myself. There is no newspaper delivery service. I asked for a matchbox, nobody could provide one. Definitely not Hilton quality standard.
