Very good restaurant and delicious food.
Warm staff and good service
Clean and cozy rooms
WiFi is very slow and half the time doesn't work at all.
I think there might be a design flaw in the bathrooms because in two of them the water from the shower/sink are flooding the floor.

Disappointing
The place was generally clean. The wifi connection was okay. The staff are really friendly and dropped and picked up every day to the place we were having our meetings.
My toilet did not flush, water was running on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was really off. The towels were really old and had better days. I didnt like the location of the hotel. The rooms didn't have coffee making in the rooms

Very cozy and clean accommodation. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport. We were late for checkout, but there were no additional payments.
An elevator was out of order. Food wasnt so tasty and there were some problems with bathroom.

Wonderful
The hotel is almost new, the staff is very friendly, breakfast buffet had good options, they cook omelettes by order, the room is clean. Also we ate dinner in the hotel every night and all meals were very tasty and very reasonable priced. Great free WiFi. Also the free airport pick up was great.
Because of all the tiles, noise carries to the higher floors. So you hear people walking the stairs, some guests talk loudly which is annoying.
Some people in our party had no warm water for days, we on the second floor in room 208 had always warm water.
The area is not safe at night apparently, we have not seen or experienced anything bad. The hotel has guards.

Exceptional
The people running HeRa are excellent. Attentive to what guests need, keep the place clean, and are always available. I ate at the restaurant a few times since there aren't that many options around, and the food is really good. The hotel is close to the AU, and will always be my favoured place when going there for meetings.
The location is good, but the area is quite bad. However, the area is under heavy construction, and will most likely look (and feel) very different in 3-5 years time.

- Very kind staff, always ready to help you - Very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable room, with all facilities - Clean and comfortable bed - Good food and breakfast
- The location is quite boring, nothing special around. In order to reach the main spots you need to take taxis - The WIFI in the room was not great, but very good in the lobby
