It's cheating people very bad dirty hotel only still three hours they taken my mony for three days and I make a reservation for three rooms. They don't give me any money back.
They have a booking picture Is that see what they have there I think when the hotel new in 23 years.

my room was excellent! Very spacious and full of comfort. Breakfast was one of the main highlights of each day I was there. The location is perfect despite all of the construction and traffic jams.
I didn't like a minor pest issue at the main bar area in the lobby. It was disturbing to see bugs near the coffee , expresso machine while trying to enjoy a glass of wine and watching other guest consuming food items purchased.

Location and breakfast!
I slept in a furnished room after free upgrade due to occupancy of my original option. Unfortunately room had a very dirty (disgusting) carpet and toilet. Overall room is big but feels depressing as it is empty and does not have character! Lately I have decreased my expectations when I book rooms in Addis. But even with low expectations, this is bad value hotel!

During checkout, they didn't except their own currency and asked to be paid in USD. It was 2300 pm and banks were closed and when i asked them where can i ask exchange ethiopian birr to USD their reply was we dont know. and i told them i had flight to catch at 0200am but their response was smug. They said it was not their problem and didnt care. which was very upsetting as they didn't inform before and none of the money exchange changed the Ethiopian Birr. In the end i had to go the airport and ask other tourists to help me out. Worst Experience that any tourist have to face.
Rest everything was good. Gym equipment were good and good steam and sauna.
Breakfast was Average.
During, Check In time they said they didnt find my booking reference so gave me a twin room instead and in the end they charged for the queen room saying this was charged as per your booking. which i found it disappointing.
I hope they mention in their booking page that they will only except USD and not their own currency.

If they would have given me hotel direct line to book hotel with good rate, not through booking.com. As I will be staying for 15 days every 3 months.

The rooms are outdated, and not all the lights were functioning in several rooms, which was quite inconvenient. As for the breakfast, it was disappointing for a 4-star hotel, there's not much variety, and it has remained the same every year. On a positive note, the location is excellent, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the other shortcomings.
The reservation was incorrect. I was assigned an outdated and outdated room, and the last time I was assigned a room, it was occupied, and a child was frightened when I walked in. The booking is frequently a mess and takes time.

Harmony Hotel was very comfortable. I felt very at home tree. Great location. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Not so much as didn't like, but the construction was ok. I get it as all of Ethiopia is going through a transformation. I look forward to the finished product.
