Swimming pool and gym
Bathroom was not great - loo seat fallen off, tap very wobbly and the plug mechanism was broken. Also the drain cover in the room was not there so but of a smell.

Friendly stuff, clean, the gym
The first room they gave me was smelling, I had to ask for the room to be changed. The new room was ok. However, my room was not serviced. I came back around 6pm to find my room not cleaned. After complaining, they made the bed, put fresh towels but didnt replenish water, nor shower gel, no tea cup. Again I had to complain and I got the water. The rooms also has no air conditioner.

This is generally a good hotel and I would stay again
There are two towers. The old one has bigger rooms but the whole experience is very poor - incredibly noisy air conditioning machinery outside window and little ventilation. Avoid this tower, ask for the new one.
