Very Bad breakfast , Rooms are not well cleaned , bedsheets also not cleaned .
Door handles broken, Electric cables evry where exposed ,no slipers , Gowns .
Very dificult to get restaurant service and Tasteless foods .
I don't recommend any one to stay there.

The contact person at the reception informed us through the phone that we can pay in Ethiopian birr before making reservations on booking.com then once we arrived at the hotel the reception denied the claim and we had to pay in USD. They were also very unprofessional, and lack discipline. Additionally the hotel room was not clean the bathroom had bad smell. Other than that service was decent and the rest of the staff was friendly and good location.

It is big rooms
I had many bug bed bites in my body, my room many lights wasn’t work, didn’t have cleaning everyday, I always have to ask to clean my room. Restaurant service is very slow to order food, the food to be ready and to pay also very slow

I like the location and the staff hospitality from the gate to the lobby.
Did not like room makeup service at all after the service I find the tea cups as I left them used, bathrobe hang on bathroom door.

My experience was very very bad the room were very dirty the towels were very dirty the room service were very bad comparing from the past 3 years Everything Has Changed they totally forget the hotel the food were very no tasty I really had a really bad day they need to improve a lot of things comparing from the past 3 years everything has been changing there is nothing there the house was very dirty the bathroom was very dirty they don't even clean the room on time

Location was good . Very central
The rooms need maintenance.. . The cable Tv did not work as there was no wi fi in the rooms .. we ended watching Ethiopian movies when we didn’t understand the language . The breakfast was cold and dry.. not enough choice . If you ordered a cup of Tea it took long to come , i understand they had to get hot water from another kitchen .. Room service was terrible , change was not given back , as waiters apparently forgot to bring change back. Introduction to hotel facilities was not done on check in or after we had to ask where the hotel facilities were .
