The cleanliness of the hotel .
Lounging fare and meals not properly arranged for customers. I was very surprised that I had to pay my meals or feading separately. Not good at all for customers. It wasn't like that in that hotel .

Nothing. The photos on your application are complete opposite of the hotel ?. It is rum down and it was a waste of my money ?. I did not spend in the hotel as there was back flow. Dirty rooms. They need to remove from booking.com

The staffs were amazing! they are very professional, carrying, and respectful towards their guest. Thank you all for making me feel at home.
The location of the hotel is so convenient, and in a very safe neigeborrho.
The rooms standard is not matching with the description on booking. Com. To avoid misguidance of customers, prompt action required in regards to reviewing their rooms, and services discrimination on booking.com.
- Although the hotel has a section that has been recently renovated and newly furnished, the section i spent time in, was outdated, and depressing, the value for money was unfair.

Friendly hotel, 5 minute drive from the airport. Nice restaurant, decent wifi and working ATM’s (incl. Mastercard). Very friendly staff too!
The difference between the rooms are quite big. Make sure you’ll get a good room!

Check was chaotic and took 20 mins. Three different people and if another guest arrived they just turned to them and left us.
Room was not clean.
Examples, there wer lots: Furniture stained and old. Bathroom: broken light, dirty shower with missing door parts, taps loose
Water stopped when showering.
Generally needed refurbishment.
