Free pick up from airport - very kind and friendly front office staff helped getting set up with local SIM card, set up and intro to use of local Taxi ('Ride') app. Breakfast more than adequate.
Not much in terms of local choices for outside bars or eating - but that's nothing to do with the hotel. Due to C-19 isolation requirements I ate in the hotel every night for a week and the evening menu was rather limited. One or two extra choices would be good.

Very helpful manager and staff, nice hot showers, wifi worked pretty well, room got cleaned everyday, enough places to eat around, easy access to light rail. Good value for Addis, would come back here :)
Credit card machine didn't work, neither did the atm they have.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. The we liked the breakfast. The airport transfer was really convenient. The staff were polite and friendly. The wifi was decent. Really worth the money.

Near the airport. Staff were nice.
Three lights were out in my room. Trouble checking out because their card scanner wasn't completely working. Fridge very difficult to plug in. TV had just a few channels. The bar area was pretty boring.

The service at the bar was fantastic. The hotel manager was super kind and helpful - which we appreciated very much! Also, there's a metro station nearby. We decided to explore Addis on our own (we hadn't plan that at the beginning), but due to the convenient location in front of the metro station we said... why not? The food at the restaurant was good and safe to eat - after a terrible food poisoning in Lalibela, that was a great change.
The WiFi was a little spotty in our room. But, come to think of it, I found issues with the WiFi pretty much everywhere in Ethiopia.

The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is close to most amenities and the airport transfer was helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great accommodation for our trip!
The food did not cater to a continental audience.
