The staff! I can't speak Spanish and Carmen made the check in easy because she speaks English. Carmen and the staff where helpful in every way.
I love their breakfast! Every time I stay in valencia I try to book a room there first!

Great location! The staff is very friendly. Carmen who works at the front desk is the best! She has a great personality and good sense of humor! Look forward to staying there every time I’m in Valencia!

The hotel offers parking service which we used at a cheaper price than anything available in the area.
Location is good, one can walk to many things which are in close proximity.
The room offers wifi which was good, and has a small kitchen to do basic things if needed.
We arrived after midnight, and a staff member was present to check us in which was nice.
The room and building I believe need a small refurbishment, they look a bit worn down from a lot of use.

It's about 20min walk from the train station. We got a room on the top floor so it's quiet. The bed is very comfy. The room is not big but has a nice, clean design. We didn't try the restaurant downstairs but it seems to be packed for lunch (they offer some daily specials). Maybe worth trying!

Nice location, very nice staff, paid parking available and bikes for rent from the hotel.
Facilities relatively sober. Room relatively simple for me he price. Did not really get the word boutique as art of the description for this hotel.

The bed sheet was very thin and w3ith the airco on, it was really cold. A tiny bit thicker sheet would have been nice.

The room was spacious, full of natural light and very clean, with spotless bedsheets and a welcoming atmosphere.
I had requested two separate beds, and I really appreciated that this was arranged exactly as asked.
Special thanks to the receptionist Lady who welcomed us — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The other reception staff we met also seemed to be friendly.
The small fridge had a noticeable bad smell and dried liquid stains around it.
There was no light in the bathroom.
Given that Valencia’s tap water isn't drinkable, offering only a 200 ml bottle of water felt insufficient — a larger complimentary bottle would have been more thoughtful.
The elevator was very shaky — I stayed on the 4th floor but only used it once, as it gave me dizziness and nausea.
There were construction works next door, and the noise during the day was extremely disruptive.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Cosy comfortable room. Close to central market & city centre. We hired bikes from the hotel one day for €12… overall very good stay.
