Considering being almost a self service apartment the staff was really responsive and the support was really good both woth early check-in and luggage storage after check out

Location was superb. 2 mins walk to Bus stop, 6 mins to metro stop, 10 mins walk to historic centre.
1. no stand to keep the toiletries in shower area- very annoying
2. A full size mirror is big miss in the apartment- How do I look at myself after getting ready

Overall, everything was good. I made the reservation at the last minute and they attended to me quickly.
The place was dirty, the kitchen, the bathroom and the furniture; it looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, only superficially.

No breakfast. Location was good. Close to train, restaurants & shops. Spacious apt but lacking in basic essentials we would expect as a traveler. Wash cloth, hand soap, coffee, ample supply of toiletries etc

Modern design, nice equipment and great location. The host was amazing with easy communication and great early checkin support.
It was not very clean, there were a lot of ants on the floor. The bed was not very comfortable and there wasn’t any bottle of water in the room.

The location is very good.
It was not clean. We had to wash the dishes before using. There were hand prints on the bed headboard. The sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable, my daughter could barely sleep. Bathroom door has no lock.

This property is a scam, after I paid full amount of my reservation when I came to the property late night they ask me to do a second payment which was almost 80% again of what I paid already, they told me was a normal part of the process I trusted as I arrived very late and tired , but basically they stole my money, I have place a complaint in booking in this regards. on top the staff is extremely rude and the property doesn't match the value of the initial payment at all. pls never book this property

The location was terrific, and the flat's looks, it was stylish and modern.
Being a flat or apartment, you expect certain amenities like paper towels, napkins, dishwasher liquid, and more than just two coffee pods, given that we were two adults staying for two nights. Another thing that bothered me a little was that the flat was not thoroughly cleaned, and the shower clogged up the very first night. I stayed and didn't complain because I had no time to waste claiming or complaining over WhatsApp with God knows who. Don't get me wrong, I liked the place, but it could improve those little things.
