We love our Stay at Vincci Palace, Very clean, rooms are so beautiful with toiletries:) turn down service is awesome. Bed and pillow is very comfortable . Location is close to all shops, site seeing tours , plazas snd churches . Walking distance to restaurants, cafe’s and convenience stores.. dining is at Par! Loved their buffet breakfast! I will definitely come back and stay here again . I would recommend this place to friends and Travelers!! It is worth the money you paid for. Service is very good! 5 stars in all areas! Wonderful
An absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect location, with beautiful rooms, an excellent breakfast, impeccable service, and incredibly friendly staff – a fantastic experience from start to finish!
The only suggestion for improvement would be a slightly lower price.

Exceptional
Absolutely everything. The spacious room, the comfortable bed, the spotless bathroom, the big windows, the friendly and professional staff, the room service, the big breakfast buffet.
If I have to find a minus, perhaps walls are a little thin!
