The hotel is just around the corner from the market and within easy walking distance of all the sights in the Old Town. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and so obliging. Love this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
The rooftop deck and pool are quite small, and the bar wasn’t staffed when we were there.

Deluxe room nice and spacious, well stocked bathroom. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, so friendly. Really well located.

The hotel’s greatest strengths are its excellent location, very clean rooms, high-quality bed linen, and professional, courteous staff. The bed linen was particularly comfortable, and overall, the room was well maintained. The service was polite and efficient, which contributed to a pleasant stay.
Considering the hotel’s relatively high price, I found it disappointing that parking was charged separately. Even more concerning was the parking facility itself: access was extremely difficult, there were very few spaces available, and manoeuvring a large vehicle, such as an SUV, was exceptionally challenging. This caused several stressful and unpleasant moments during our stay. The parking arrangements definitely need improvement.
The bathroom also had some issues. The floor was very slippery, which felt unsafe, and water leaked out of the shower area.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the market and bars/restaurants. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice although could get a little overcrowded sometimes. Reception very helpful. Appreciated having a bath in the bedroom. Recommend to hire bikes and cycle the full length of park down to the beach. City is very cycle friendly.
The room (deluxe) was quite small and overlooked the street. We did get noise sometimes in the early morning, sounded like workmen loading up scaffolding and the refuse collectors. Tried to change to a bigger room but none available. The rooftop pool was a lovely touch but only a small area (10 deckchairs max) so get there early. One afternoon was spoiled because a very large noisy group (about 20) of English people took over the area with no respect for other people. Downstairs bar is ok but always empty and you have to ring for attention.
