Comfortable. Perfect location. Amazing very helpful staff. Close to El Bar, great cuisine, excellent service, and food quality was top. The Valencia Flats were spacious, very clean, well equipped, and comfortable to stay as a family of 4. The location was close to LA Ciudad de Art and Sciencias and Oceanograph. Staff was exceptionally polite, very kind and always helpful. Great stay. Will definitely recommend.

I really appreciated the hotel's prime location in a vibrant area, with plenty of supermarkets nearby for easy access to daily essentials and a large shopping mall just 400 meters away—perfect for a quick outing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotlessly clean, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen setup was well-equipped with everything we needed for light meals, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, stocked with high-quality shampoo and shower gel that felt like a nice touch of luxury. The 24-hour reception staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist, and the popular Bistro Bar right downstairs added a convenient spot for evening drinks without venturing far. Overall, these details made our stay feel seamless and enjoyable.
While the hotel was generally peaceful, the sound insulation could be improved—noise from corridors and adjacent rooms was noticeable at times, which disrupted a few quiet moments. As an apartment-style stay, I had hoped for a bit more in the way of complimentary amenities, like additional coffee or bottled water beyond the single bottle provided on arrival; over our week-long stay, there were no extras, and it would have been a nice touch to have some on hand without needing to request them. These are minor issues in an otherwise solid experience.

Valenciaflats Ciudad de las Ciencias is a welcoming place and the apartment was very comfortable. The Reception staff are very helpful and kind.
The kitchen was complete and the space was gracious. We even had a little balcony. The building is located within easy walking distance of the Science Museum and the Opera Hall. We were well pleased with our stay.
We have all good things to say about Valenciaflats Ciudad de las Ciencias. While it is located on a busy avenue, the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

One of the best apartments. Everything is great, clean, cleaned regularelly, trash emptied, central AC. Rooms Are great, beds comfortable, enough pillows. There are two wardrobes, and bathroom has everything. Only hairdryer wasn't working, but they gave us another at the reception. Stuff is very friendly. They have luggage room. Restaurant next to reception Is great, offers breakfast, lunch and everything else. Location Is wonderful, 5 min walking to City of Arts, Turia Gardens, shopping mall. There are many small restaurants between buildings around, caffes, bakery, market that works till 1 AM. City centar Is also walking distance. Bus stations to all attractions are near.

Amazing stay! The flat was spacious and fully equipped, with a powerful shower and super comfortable bed. Perfect location just 5 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences, convenient paid parking, and the reception’s restaurant recommendations were absolutely fantastic!

The best check-in experience ever, thank you Teresa. Tiny buy cozy underground parking. Breakfast was delicious, despite a way you order the food for the 1st time. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough. Proximity the shops, mall and The City of Arts and Sciences.
Apartment is not sound-proof, especially if neighbors are very loud late in the evening - hear everything, felt like they sit on your bed. Shower is not vertically adjustable.
