Great staff. Modern stylish hotel. Excellent breakfast.Good neighbourhood restaurants nearby.
Location is a little away from Old Town centre and no Metro close by.

A lovely hotel close to the City of Arts and Sciences. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The lobby is nicely decorated, and the terrace is a pleasant place to sit in the evening. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the museums and is well connected to the rest of the city by bus. The city centre is also accessible on foot, around a 35–40-minute walk away. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!
The price of the stay felt quite high considering the facilities and services offered. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was rather small. The elevators were very slow, and breakfast was quite crowded. The pool also looked much larger in the photos than it actually was.

Not slippers, body lotion was mixed with water (or it looked like it), not dressing gown. Reception staff was ok but you don’t get that “welcome” feeling when you check in

I was told the breakfast started at 8 am so, I missed it because I have to leave for a day trip. It was actually started earlier.

Location great by the long park and city of science/ art / oceanographic. Also no 19 bus stop either to beach or the historical centre.
No coffee/tea making facilities in room. No where to hang towels in the bathroom . Very strange! Had to drape them over the edge of bathroom door. Swimming pool not heated so too cold to swim.

Pool very small and most of the parasols were broken Breakfast good but all over the place eg teas coffee machines cereals in the wrong places not near fruit but the food quality was good
