Staff were nice and allowed check in before the scheduled time. The swimming pool is nice. We tried the restaurante (no buffet was available but the food (a la carte) was good.
The room is relatively small and lacks blackout blinds, resulting in significant natural light entering the room during the early morning hours, which impacted our comfort and sleep quality. In addition, the acoustic insulation is inadequate, with noise from the corridor and adjacent and upper-floor rooms being clearly audible. This significantly affected our experience and hindered restful sleep.

Decent size room and helpful front desk staff. We found free parking on the street, although the area doesn't look great, our car survived the night.
The first room we got refused to open even after changing the keys twice. The second room had a terrible smell, confirmed by the front desk staff when confronted. In the third room, the AC was not working properly, but they said these are all the rooms they have available, so we kept this one. Basically, we couldn't sleep because of the high temperature inside. The neighborhood is disappointing, and the subway station is about 10-15 minutes away, not a pleasant walk. The pool was undergoing extensive refurbishment, so it was unusable and also made a terrible sight while looking out the window. We checked out the second morning, event if we already paid for one more night. Didn't even ask for a refund...

The breakfast was surprisingly good.
The room was less to be desired. Bathroom tiles coming off, drain plugs are broken, floor ear peeling off, and water was leaking out of the glass partition when being used.

Price was okey and it was relatively clean
The pool was not functioning. They said because of the repairment, the pool is unusable. We booked this hotel only because it has pool. There was no warning when we are booking here and there was not also at hotel. We learned it when we were at the pool and it was empty. They offered us free parking space, which was nice but our whole plan did change. It should have been some warning that pool is out of use.

Attentive and nice staff. Good shower.
The location is not great. The hotel is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood outside the city center. There’s nothing in the area. The metro station is a good 10/12 minute walk, then a 20 minute ride to city center. The hotel itself is not a 4 star as they claim, at most a 2.5 or maybe a 3. Room is showing its age already.

Room immaculate, nice bathroom, breakfast good, parking comfortable. Location convenient for those passing by. Staff very kind. Good building.
There was a drop in temperature and therefore we were a bit cold in the room. Did not find blankets, maybe becaus we were tired and half asleep.

Has a car park underneath, good swimming pool and lots of loungers. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Good bed and bathroom.
Location is a little to be desired as it caters for the exhibitions nearby rather than holidays, but there is an underground station less than ten mins away which takes you into the centre of Valencia. No coffee making facilities or iron in room. Aircon was weak in the summer sun!! Everyone seemed to be on our floor and there were dogs yapping in various rooms nearby

We had to switch rooms three times before finding one with a matrimonial bed, fresh air and somewhat acceptable cleanliness. At least the staff were professional and helpful, which we truly appreciated.
Judging by the rooms condition, this hotel definitely doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. There are numerous cockroaches, pervasive dampness and mold, and even the furniture shows signs of water damage.
