Location is nice, it's beautiful, nothing to complain about the rooms, breakfast was really good
One disappointing aspect of the stay was the payment process. At check-in, the hotel placed two large pre-authorisations on my card for our two rooms. At check-out, the full amount was then charged separately, while the original pre-authorisations remained blocked for several days. This effectively meant that I had to have twice the cost of the rooms tied up for a significant part of my holiday. I understand that hotels may require a guarantee, but this felt unnecessarily inconvenient and was not clearly explained. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a smoother and more customer-friendly payment process.

The pool and spa were excellent. The hotel also has beautiful gardens.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, the rooms were so spacious, clean and everything we needed was either there or obtainable. The gardens were amazing and very relaxing.
Unless I missed it maybe an adult only time. During the day in the pool as it was quite noisy at one point and lots of splashing and yelling, so I left.

The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. The front desk staff were very nice and the concierge desk was very helpful.
The aircon in the rooms was not very strong, the furniture was noticeably worn out, and for the rates being charged, for breakfast not to be included was very disappointing. The options at breakfast were very light and the eggs at breakfast weren't prepared well at all the entire week.

Staff were very helpful and they were able to loan us a wheelchair for my father who has dementia and found walking around Valencia in the heat a bit too challenging.
The food there is great and the sangria they make fresh for you at the bar is lovely - try both the red and white sangria (my favourite)! The cocktails were all great and the bar staff were wonderful.

We came with a toddler of 1.5 years and we were very well accommodated. It’s a fantastic hotel. Classical luxury style which we loved. Beautiful pool and spa. Big rooms. Those heavenly beds are indeed very good.
I was worried from reviewers that said the rooms were dated but I did not find that at all. Very well maintained and super clean.
Overall we had a really very nice stay.
Nothing really. But would be nice if you get a refreshment drink upon arrival and checking. That first impression actually matters.

Wonderful all the way. Excellent room (50 square meters), with a lovely balcony were we sat in the evening to enjoy the breeze. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk in shower. Very good amenities. The bed was super comfortable and we just loved the space we had. Parking is also very easy, underneath at a reasoable fee. We regret not staying longer. The standards they offer in this hotel are consistent with what we have experienced from Westin in other hotels around the world. They care about their customers, everyone is super nice and properly trained to deliver a 5 star experience. The lady who manages the breakfast restaurant is a real leader, she constantly checks that everything is perfect. The breakfast was AMAZING: really worth it. The quality of the food, the way it is displayed. I am still dreaming of these wonderful chia pots. It was outstanding. We also had dinner there and while the menu' is not large, the food was consistently good. The wine list is also excellent - the local wines are incredibly good value and very good. We loved the garden area, a oasis of tranquillity. My husband and daugther were not well during their stay (they caught a virus, nothing serious): the staff went out of their way to support them. Thank you Westin for treating us like royalty, we greatly appreciate it.

Beautiful property with gorgeous garden courtyard; great location with many parks and restaurants nearby; on-property parking which is not free, but reasonably priced and a rare find in the city.
A little expensive, but overall it was worth it.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely inner courtyard with trees and shrubs. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable
The windows did not shut properly in our room so it was a bit noisy on occasions given we looked out onto the street below. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room - instant coffee in a hotel of this calibre is a little surprising.
