Very Good
Very good location, helpful staff and great breakfast. The room is nice and comfortable.
The window of the room opened on a light well. It was a bit dark and ugly.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Valencia!
What an amazing experience! This hotel is a true gem in Valencia. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet somehow the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful. And speaking of the rooms, they are simply stunning! Beautifully designed, spacious and exceptionally comfortable.
But what really makes this hotel special is the incredible staff. From the warm welcome by the manager at reception to the countless tips and recommendations throughout our stay, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A very special thank you to Joao, who was simply outstanding! His enthusiasm, kindness and genuine interest in helping us discover Valencia were extraordinary. He had so many great ideas and recommendations and was always happy to help. You could really tell that he loved making guests feel at home.
The combination of beautiful rooms, a perfect location and such genuinely wonderful people made our stay unforgettable.
We absolutely loved every minute and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! We will definitely be back!
Everything was perfect :-)

The location was perfect, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was such a welcome change to the big hotel groups & very good quality. The room was very spacious and beautiful with comfortable beds and pillows. A great place to stay when visiting Valentia - highly recommended!

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The room was immaculate and the staff were so lovely. We will be returning the next time we go back to Valencia. They were brilliant!
Nothing, the shower didn’t drain 100% but that was me being really picky. Other than that I cannot find a fault!

Very Good
Amazing location! Very clean and beautiful rooms.
The staff who were on shift during the day were amazing. But in the evenings there was a girl who didn’t even put her head up when we would walk past and say hello, we would get ignored or looked at… made us uncomfortable - this shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. (the boy in the evenings, he was very polite and helpful).

Great location.
Beautiful hotel staff welcoming and friendly
I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again.
Thank you so much
We were only there one night however it was my Mum's first time and for her birthday.
Upon checkout the reception gave another guest a map and explained where some sites were luckily I know a few as not first time but would have loved this on our arrival. Not a moan just an idea to maybe have this in the room so all guests get one.
