Staff were excellent. Location was great for the whole city - taxis are so cheap but there's a bus stop almost right outside and a metro stop just a few mins walk. Pool is compact but great and there are usually enough loungers/seats for everyone. The beds are super comfortable, even the sofa bed. Good variety at breakfast but barista coffee would be nice.
Possibly the price but then you get what you pay for.

Great location with easy access to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were a good size and clean.
The roof terrace restaurant didn't open until the evening time, it would be nice if it was open for lunch. It would be good if there were a few more sun loungers around the swimming pool.

Air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area
No extractor fan in the bathroom. Needed nespresso machine in the room for 5 star. Poor quality towels.needed more than the 2 bath towels during the heat.

The hotel is beautiful
The pool was not at all clean , it had green slime in it , apparently from sun lotion but it was there all week !! I chose this hotel as we'd stayed before and it was amazing so this was disappointing. The reception staff spoke and said hello and goodbye each time you passed last time , they don't do this on this visit . Not a big thing but the reasons we chose it for a second time so again a little thing that made it perfect last time.

Great room, staff were fantastic.
The swimming pool is small. The main problem is that there are only around 12 benches available around the pool. So if you are intending to sunbath, and/or use the pool. You will have to get there early.

Staff was extremely cordial and useful. The room itself was very comfortable. I asked for flowers for a special event, and they brought flowers, fruit basket, champagne...
AC was leaking, and the gym could be slightly more complete.

Room spacious, excellent air con Big bathroom & comfortable bed
Location great for us. A little bit out of the old city but UBERs are cheap & plentiful
