The main hotel and the auxiliary building we stayed in are located in downtown Valencia, near the Cathedral square, next to the Ceramics and Art Museum, right in the middle of all the sites worth visiting in the old town. The frontdesk personnel was really nice and helpful (they even facilitated our breakfast 'to go' for two days, when we had early morning trains to catch). Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, for all tastes. The room had all the facilities we needed.
The price we paid for the room was quite high, if we took into account its size and the building position (on an alley behind the main hotel). But, most probably, we actually paid for the area where it is situated.
A really bad thing that has to be mentioned, unfortunately, even if it is related to the town services and not to the hotel's ones, is the fact that the access area to that building is being used, especially in the evening and night, as a public toilette, so you have to be careful where you put your footsteps when returning from a day full of sightseeing. Worse is the fact that it is not being cleaned on a daily basis (in 5 days we saw those alleys being cleaned only once by the city services, most probably thanks to the approaching Las Fallas street party).

a little bit price just because there other hotel in which you have to check in/out and have a breakfast have the similar price...so if there is no reception in this hotel price has to be lower

The room was in great shape and lovely . You had to check into their sister hotel around the corner
The phone to the reception didn’t work and no WiFi instructions in the room. I subsequently discovered them on the walls outside in the corridor.

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, nicely decorated
A/C was flighty- it was very hot while we were there and the turning on/off of the A/C was annoying. After a call to the desk, they did something remotely & it stayed on consistently after that. The coffee pods were not replaced after the first day.

The hotel is centrally located to many attractions. The room is clean and spacious with a few nice touches like 2 free water bottles and several coffee pods. In addition, the breakfast is very good with a wide variety.

Please try to follow my logic here:
Let's assume that you stay for just one night. Your room would be provided with 2 small bottles of drinking water and 4 coffee capsules (since the room features a nice Nesspreso machine), right?
Then why is it that if you stay longer than just one night (our case and most cases I assume), you're provided the above mentioned items just on the first day and they are not replenished afterwards.
Am I the only one that thinks it shouldn't be like this and water and coffee pods should be provided on a daily basis?

The building is not part of the actual hotel, it is a 2 min walk to the hotel building
They allowed a late check-out that was 12pm, otherwise we had to pay extra for an additional 2 hours

The Wifi was very bad in room nr 302. I mentioned the first day, but they could not fix it. Must of the time I had to use 4G data. No compensation.
The mattress was quite hard.
