The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive! They genuinely made us feel so welcome, as though it was a pleasure to have us there. I was feeling a bit unwell when I first arrived, and they went out of their way to help me check into my room earlier. The staff were also multilingual and gave us lots of helpful advice on navigating Valencia and exploring its different areas.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the room was super comfortable. It's also quite rare to find a room with three separate beds, so having that option was incredibly convenient for us.
The rooms were well soundproofed, which made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the drinks at the hotel bar!
The hotel is located in a very safe area and is conveniently close to the airport.
Overall, a really lovely stay, made even better by the wonderful staff. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out!
The hotel isn't particularly close to the Old Town or Valencia's main attractions. We were travelling with our grandmother, who is a senior citizen, so we ended up taking quite a few taxis. However, even if we hadn't been travelling with her, it would still have been a fairly long walk, although definitely doable if you enjoy walking! On the plus side, the hotel is right next to a bus stop with connections to the city centre, which is very convenient.
There was a slightly unpleasant sewage-like smell throughout the hotel during our stay. I'm not sure what caused it, but I wondered whether it might have been related to the recent flooding in Valencia.
I would strongly recommend skipping the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, the food was cold, bland, and overpriced for what was offered. The breakfast was quite disappointing and definitely an area where the hotel could make significant improvements, particularly in terms of quality and value for money.
The hotel also doesn't have many additional facilities, such as a pool, beer garden, or courtyard. However, this wasn't an issue for us, as we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep, rest, and recharge after exploring the city. Given the price point, I think the lack of extra amenities is understandable.
Overall, these were the main drawbacks of our stay, but they didn't take away from the comfort of the rooms or the excellent hospitality we experienced from the staff.

Modern. Nice bar and restaurant on ground floor. Walkable to everywhere that we wanted to go
Room was a bit small and lighting gloomy. Somehow a person in another room managed to switch our TV on in the early hours of the morning

Staff was great, value for money is insanely good, rooms are great and clean.
Location is great if you're going to a conference, which we were, not the best for tourism, but not bad.

I had the pleasure of staying in this great hotel for 2 nights. The location was perfect for football at the Mestalla and sight seeing. On entering the hotel for the 1st time I was immediately struck by the great vibe and the incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Miriam was amazing at pointing out sights that would be of interest to me & organising a tour bus. Cristin in the restaurant couldn’t do enough to make my visits perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable.

For the price we paid it's not worth to stay there. No window in the room . No room for a table to work and it's expensive ...never again in that hotel..
No windows .. airco hard to regulate the temp.
