Wonderful
The location is perfect, very close to the center but also to the beach. They have bike rental options as well but you have to ask ahead at the reception if they have availability. The staff was amazingly helpful and we also loved the kids area :)
The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of foods, but each day it was the same and we missed the fresh vegetables as well.

We registered for a very small room and got upgraded. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious!
Hotel was a bit farther from the train station and sight seeing than I thought.

Comfy beds, nice staff, good a/c and water pressure. Also clean.
The neighborhood is centrally located for moving around the city of valencia, but the surrounding streets of the hotel are not nice for walking.

The location is good is you are attending a concert at the Roig Arena.
It took 30 minutes to check us in! Absurd. Rooms are tiny and badly maintained, very poor housekeeping, dirty rooms. The in-house restaurant served me a beef burger that was raw and they didn't seem to understand that this type of negligence can kill people. Breakfast is very poor, flies over all of the uncovered buffet food, undercooked, sausages (more potential food poisoning). This is a hotel to avoid.

Everything was super ok,very clean,the staff,the breakfast and what we really liked was the super big bed?.
We recommend this hotel if you want to visit Valencia,it has also closed bus stations.

Bed and the staff. They are amazing. I feel sorry for them for having to put up with the average clientele. But they are an amazing group of people. All of them. Spectacular HR management I have to say.
Location (OMG) and the hotel clientele. Noisy, rude patrons. Scandalous behaviour. I feel for the staff.

The hotel was great. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very confortable.
I highly recommend the breaksfast, excellent quality and variety. Our toddler also really enjoyed the food.
The location is good, within walking distance from the old town and the city of arts and sciences (aprox 25-30 min walking). There are also bus stops nearby.
Great for a vacation in Valencia.

Most comfortable beds ever.
Food is not marked with alergens. Staff at the kitchen speaks poor English. They have no clue about the difference between lactose intolerance and milk alergy.
Rooms for 2+1 are too small to walk. Rooms are very outdated and not clean as they should be. Mold can be seen in the shower and toilet .

The rooms. So small rooms, not enough light, no napkins, no space for luggage. The hotel is very old & need renovation.

Hotel staff is good. Amenities is also OK.
The surrounding area is not very safe at night. Daytime no problem. But after 10 PM, there are people walking by and demanding money, food and cigarettes. Also, next to where we stayed is a warehouse and a loading area. In the mornings it was a bit noisy. But there was also a bar just across our building (we stayed not in the main hotel building but in a building Hotel management transformed into a hotel) which was open at times and some nights it got pretty noisy
