The room was amazingly clean and the overall hotel was kept in a good and clean shape. The staff upon arrival were extremely helpful and friendly and even during the stay you would always find them with a smile on their face. Upon check out we were given the option to store our luggage with them which was extremely beneficial as our flight wasn't until 7:30pm!!! The location was perfect and just a 5min walk from the City of Arts and Science, with several restaurants, cafes and shops around.

Excellent staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. Cleanliness was excellent. The room received a proper clean everyday. Room was spacious and had a kitchenette. AirCon was very efficient. Breakfast was interesting - ordering 3 items from a 'buffet' list which I didn't like at first but it worked really well. Food was excellent. Hotel was very well placed for the Oceanografic and Science Museum & lots of nearby restaurants.
Not an issue for me but it's a long thin hotel so if you struggle with walking then ask for a room nearer to reception. One day at breakfast the host got a bit upset we took a table for 4 when there were no tables for 2 available except the one with the large pink plastic throne that sits about 12 inches off the ground instead of a proper seat. He certainly could have handled that better.

The location is excellent, and our bedroom had an amazing hot tub with a beautiful view. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. A special shout-out to both Marias at the front desk for their exceptional kindness and outstanding service. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Amazing service!

The room was great size especially since I was solo, I loved the jacuzzi bath in the room, the view, It was super clean and the girls on the reception were super friendly and cool.
Something that bothered me a lot and thats why Im not giving 10 is that I had problems sleeping during my stay because people staying next to me were screaming and moving things around in the room all night, when I called reception they helped me but still. Also you can hear every person walking in the corridor. The breakfast was good but can be better. The location is great to visit Ciudad de las Artes but to go to every other part of the city you need transportation or walking a lot.

Great location, great staff specially Maria and also nice breakfast
The room are a bit small but the bigger problem is around the washroom door that are huge and need to be pulled out to open, which ends up taking a lot of space.
