Great location, near the park, walking distance to the old center, and plenty of good breakfast and dinner options nearby. Paid parking garage is also a bonus, able to leave the car in the basement of the complex.
The smell. The bathroom always had a drainage smell, and arriving back home from dinner on the second night we came home to find the whole living room smelling like toilet. Appeared to come from the kitchen sink. A real pity, otherwise the place would have been grand.

Nice quite room, really loved the black out roll down curtains! Made sleeping in so easy and kept the heat out! Kitchen was a nice bonus. Paid for parking, the garage was very tight so I'm glad we had the smallest rental available! Staff was super friendly and the receptionist showed us a variety of things on a map we got to keep.
It's a little out of the main city center, but it was a big futbol game the first night we were in town so we settled for this location as it was closer to the stadium.

Great location for walking to the Old Town and modern district.
Very clean rooms with everything you need including coffee.
Daily room service and amazing staff.
Onsite parking is great (could be a little tight if you have a large vehicle)
Couch in the living room is not the most comfortable for sitting on (sofa bed)

We happen to be staying here in Ramirez Flats in Valencia during our 43 Marriage Anniversary. Front ALL desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, with a welcome and celebratory in-room card. The gesture was special. The entire room was highly appointed with more than we would use, but it's good to know all kitchen, cooking appliances and tools were available. We took advantage of the readily handy laundry facilities which for a small fee(3-3.50eu) got all of our clothes cleaned. They even provide the laundry detergent. The location was very central to all main events. A 15-20 leisurely walk or a $5-8 taxi. All in all, we were more than pleased with our selection, the value, the special front desk service and the location make this establishment a definite repeat visit choice.
There's nothing that we can point to in specific.

The rooms were very tidy, nicely kept, the staff were extremely friendly and assisted us whenever we needed something. The position is also great, most attractions are basically in walking distance.
The only thing that comes to mind is the internet connection being a bit unstable.

We had a very nice stay at Ramirez apartments. The location is very convenient, and since our windows did not open to the main street, we did not have any noise issues even with open windows. For me, cleanliness is the most important factor when booking a place, and this apartment was very clean, which made me feel very comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and amenities, and the staff also made an effort to provide anything else we might need.

What I liked most was the beautiful atmosphere in Valencia, the vibrant city life, and the overall excellent experience. The location was great, and the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with plenty of things to see and do nearby.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the quality of the hotel and the service provided.
One small point of feedback relates to the bed making routine. Each morning, the housekeeping team tightly tucked the duvet and sheets under the mattress, likely to maintain a very neat appearance.
While this certainly keeps the room looking immaculate, it made the bed less comfortable to use during my stay.
Perhaps offering a slightly looser arrangement or giving guests the option for a more relaxed setup could further improve the overall comfort experience.

Family amenities and super friendly staff. Plus an updated well maintained/clean facility. They make an excellent use of the space to make junior suites which help with nap/bed time. Even little things like the kid packs and kid toiletries were really cool and unique. You guys are really great- thank you.
Small rooms, but it’s to be expected and was a great value. They make a great use of the space that the rooms do have.

We loved the location, staff, cleanliness and the layout of the room. Walked thousands of steps per day, and still felt like a million bucks after sleep and refuel and atmosphere at the apartment! Highly recommend.

The location was aways from the Centro, but it was located in a wonderful area which had many restaurants and shops. The staff of the hotel were fantastic and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, although they could use firmer pillows. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
It was expensive. In fact, the most expensive of the 10+ hotels we stayed in during our two month visit to Spain. This was probably on account of the Fallas Festival (Valencia's biggest cultural festival of the year). Otherwise, the stay was superb.

We had an amazing experience staying here. Every member of the staff was so polite, thoughtful and responsive. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the center of town, restaurants and grocery stores. We'll stay here again if we're back in Valencia, this was a stay we'll always recall fondly!
