The personal all very nice
No coffee machine at the room. The lifts are impossible. They should make it friendly to use the stairs, and avoid people from the lower floors using the lifts, that are far from serving their proposal.

The bathroom had a horrible smell. I think it was some kind of damp or product and it would spread accross the bedroom if left open. The room window could not open so it was not possible to get rid of the smell.

A very nice modern hotel in a very good location. Staff were very pleasant and well trained and spoke good English. Our room was spacious,very clean and good facilities. Complementary water was very useful. We only stayed one night but could happily stayed longer.
Our room, 817, had a slippery very dangerous shower tray when taking a shower.
