Disappointing
Location
I made a reservation for 4 persons (king size + sofa bed) but once I showed up to the hotel counter, they said that the reservation was for only 2 persons, I had to pay extra, and they gave me the exact same room.

It was a nice apartment, even though very compact. we needed a kitchen so it was convenient to have one.
Very small space (and we had the biggest apartment possible). There is only a square dining table so if you wanted to work you dont have a desk, but not everyone needs that. It would have been great if they had a gym or pool or something more than just a small apartment for a very hefty price tag. I wouldn’t stay there again. Quality for price ratio isn’t good. The first apartment they gave us smelled horrible and affected our breathing (apartment 409), i think it had mold or something that would affect the lungs it was hard to breath in that unit, but the next day they switched us to another unit that didnt have that problem. The cleaning staff basically would come into the apartment when we put the “please clean” sign but do anything but clean, not even the toilet. And then give you am attitutde for complaining that they didn’t clean. This happened two days in a row. So the cleanliness was low standard, and even when we first went into the apartment there were ants in the bathroom and the terrace, which persisted for the 3 weeks we stayed there. All in all, disappointing experience.

The room was BIG and spacious. With a nice view. The hotel has a laundry room with washer and dryer for a low low price (7 EUR total for both). Great location! And everyday cleaning service

The staff was very helpfull.Hotel is situated in the silent area. You can easily walk to the old city, city of arts and science and the Turia park. Next time I”ll prefer the hotel close to the old city.
Poor noice isolation, could not sleep properly for 3 nights because of the noices of neighbours with 2 little kids. Water is not provided every day, only on check in day.

Everything was perfect.
Staff: Very friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness: Excellent. Daily cleaning, fresh towels every day, and new bed sheets after 3 days.
Comfort: The beds were very comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again!
The housekeeping staff's English could be improved to make direct communication easier. However, the reception was always there to help and bridge the gap, so all our requests were handled perfectly.

Very clean, good wifi, kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped. Excellent location. Friendly, 24 hour reception. Comfortable bed. Two keycards. Lugagge storage, very convenient. Lots of wall sockets.
Minor things only. Fridge is a little bit loud sometimes. Sofa bed is too soft for my taste.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Maintenance was efficient and friendly. Location is perfect if you don’t mind a 10’ walk into the centre.

The location is near the centre sightseeing place. Bus station is next to the hotel.
The room is spacious with basic kitchen facilities. Bathroom is decent,nothing too particular. Many groceries and restaurants are near by too.
Kitchen kettle is dirty with mold. Guess not many people use it. Sounds proof is a bit weak, but acceptable.

The location and the apartment itself were very good.
The apartment is very nice on the first view but we have been disapointed by unconfortable sofa which was meant as a side bed for our kids. However also the main bed not that comfortable as it should be. We all had a feeliing that we sleep on some hole or something like that.
Also the kitchen should be a little bit more equiped.
