The property situation is perfect for walking around València. The staff are all very friendly, nothing too much trouble. The rooms are large and very clean.
The pool area is small and cramped. Nice touch on a hot day but not enough space to sit around for too long.

Location was good for exploring the old town
The rooftop pool area is quite cramped with only 4 quite uncomfortable loungers and is shared with a bar and I felt quite awkward sitting in my swimwear right next to a group of fully clothed men. The padding on the loungers has no grip so you are always slipping down in a seated position. Possibly some screening separation would improve privacy for sunbathing if you are lucky enough to find a space. The bar staff were very good though and the terrace and bar are very attractive. For us we would have preferred somewhere with more outside space to relax after a busy day of exploring the town, so although the hotel was very nice we will choose a different location next time.

Such a beautiful hotel.
Staff were great and gave some brilliant sightseeing advice.
King room, city view, was spotless with a super comfy bed and housekeeping was flawless.
We didn’t opt for breakfast since it’s so central but it looked lovely!
The best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time.

Perfect Location, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.
We booked quite late, so we got a tiny courtyard room, very dark. From afternoon to midnight, we heard the music of the rooftop bar in our room which is quite always the same

We stayed at Palacio Santa Clara during the Las Fallas festival and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Despite the festival and fireworks in Valencia, it was surprisingly quiet inside, and we could rest well at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Palacio Santa Clara during the Las Fallas festival and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Rooms cozy, clean and well furnished.
The hall was a bit smelly, the breakfast in quite average, especially the sweet part. Stuff very friendly but not very helpful.
