location was very good. near to tourist sites, and shops and resturants.
Water not provided free of charge, after first day. atleast have a water fountain where people can fill up bottles.

The location was excellent and I was very happy with my king sized bed. I was very happy with the fountain square across the street as this was a place I visited often to just sit and watch the people of the city.

The best location in Valencia! You cant get closer to the heart of old town. The room was massive as was the bathroom. The staff was fantastic and so warm and friendly and they were so engaging.

Disappointing
Main thing I liked was a gentlemen at recepcition that is honestly too nice for this hotel and should look for work in a place that's matching his kindness and level of hospitality.
The room was not as nearly as represented on booking. Electric wiring sticking out in every corner of the ceiling. Wall were so dirty and weared from people pulling luggage of not it really looks beat up. Breakfast I'd rate at 1/10. They were kind enough to warm up almond milk for us but for the price and presentation this is horrible. Ingredients were very low quality, even tho restaurant is the nices space in the hotel. The hallways of the hotel are also horrible. The carpets are ripped and old. Furniture looks so bleached and worn out giving an impression that this is a hostel for broke students not a 4 star hotel. Honestly I really do not understand how they have 4 stars.. Coming here to stay for our anniversary was trully disappointing even tho we had a great time.

Wonderful
This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. It is in an old building with a stunning staircase. Spotless hotel and we also got a room upgrade. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff were excellent too. I would recommend and stay again if visiting Valencia.

Location was excellent, so central. Room was very comfortable except the lack of a full length mirror. Excellent breakfast
with a good selection.

This is a beautiful hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was helpful.
We did have a little difficulty getting some items replenished (toilet paper), but we were able to get it taken care of eventually.

The location is fantastic, the building is historic and beautiful, with modern decorations in the lobby and hallways, very nicely done! The restaurant is tastefully decorated with nice views, and good food.
The bathroom was clean, it just needed updating.
