Air conditioning, clean, location, good bathroom facilities, quiet, nice staff.
Slightly dated and run-down. The price was a bit high for this standard. That said it was a particularly busy time. The bathroom had a red light.

I would not choose this location or hotel again but that is due to the access hassle! The location is actually a good one for the amazing Valencia centre of Science and arts, so if you are travelling light and heading there, probably not so bad. Lots of restaurants nearby too. For us though, I am sorry to have to say it, but after having stayed en route in lots of other locations in Spain, I found the staff here quite unhelpful and uninterested in helping us ( beyond insisting that the E25 per dog, dog fee was clear on the booking site ( actually not clear at all, even after booking!!) If you are travelling with dogs and have anything more than a small car, its not very easy to access and I think over priced for the space. Better suited to business travel. Please note that the Booking.com reviews seem to be mixed up with the hotel next door (looked a lot nicer and somewhat more accessible) So we made a mistake with this one .
A few things to note. I think that this hotel NH Ciencas mixes the reviews from Booking.com with its other hotel which is in the block next door, that is the NH Arts. I expected to have a swimming pool available - NO that is next door in the Arts and you have to pay an additional fee E5.50 euros per person ( bit naughty) The access to Ciencas was very tricky. If you are in a small / saloon car probably ok as you can drive (across the pavement ) and go along the service road into the underground car park, get the lifts from there. But we were not. So whatever your vehicle, you cannot park outside it. It is set back past the pavement and above street level. So you drive across the pavement, unload whilst blocking the little service road that runs up to the NH Arts. Then once inside, the reception at Ciencas is down a flight of stairs or you can take a lift. Then back up the stairs to a different set of lifts to go to the room. To be fair for a whopping E25 euros per dog, they did provide two medium size beds and dog bowls. Small clinical room but clean and decent comfortable beds

Location was good, very close to the bus lines. It was clean, although I would say it was a bit expensive. Most importantly, the AC was working really well, which was good!
wifi was not good; even when the staff tried to give us a different code for the wifi, it didn't really help.

Vicinity to Oceanografic and to public transport. Near to supermarket.There's also a parking of Valenbisi nearby. It's also 20mins from the airport(uber).

Great location just a few steps from iconic buldings and bus stops to beach, city center and main railway station. Good breakfast.

Location is very good , very close to oceanographic, the museum. Bus station is right across the street with quick connection to the city center
Rooms are quite small and there’s moisture in the walls
