The NH Valencia Las Artes hotel couldn’t be in a better spot. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from a science museum, aquarium and IMAX cinema. Buses outside the hotel take you into the old town, and you can be on the beach in 15 minutes. The hotel is very close to the new "Roig Arena" stadium, the most importan venue for events and concerts, and the new basketball court of the Valencia Basket Club. 2 minute walk to the famous City of Arts and Sciences, which houses a science museum and Europe’s largest aquarium 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car to Roig Arena stadium Opposite El Saler shopping center 15 minutes’ drive to Malvorrosa Beach The hotel has 174 rooms in a choice of Standard or Superior as well as two Junior suite. Muted gray, green and brown lends a soothing ambiance, and several rooms have garden views. Room service until midnight Interconnecting rooms The restaurant serves up a flavor of Valencia as well as special children’s meals. Good
Location was great. On a busy road but traffic noise was not an issue. Lots of bats, restated super nat but. Super close to the shopping mall and the science Museum.
Rooms are Clean and did what they needed to. There was no coffee and tea making facilities. It was perfectly nice. It just didn’t seem like a four star hotel.

We particularly appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, which made exploring Valencia very convenient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food, and our room was cleaned and maintained regularly throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the older gentleman who also works at the bar. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a very positive impression on us.
Unfortunately, our first impression upon arrival was not the best. The receptionist who welcomed us seemed irritated and rather unfriendly, and his manner came across as somewhat rude. After a long journey, a warmer and more welcoming reception would have been appreciated. Thankfully, the rest of the staff, particularly in the restaurant, made our stay much more pleasant.

Very Good
The location is ideal, very near the Cuitat de les Artes. The price was also slightly cheaper than others I've stayed at in Valencia. The pool and sauna are also good.
It feels more like a conference centre than a hotel. You don't stay here for the style or the decor. My room, while clean, wasn't a bit drab and pokey.

Great location! Bed was very comfy, shower was good and it was super clean
No tea/coffee making facilities in our room. We could see other rooms had this as there was replenishments on the cleaning trolleys. We asked at reception if we could get a kettle but were told no without any reasoning. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so there was nowhere for us to get a hot drink in the morning at the hotel. The property description says there is a coffee shop on site, this is not true. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the sauna. When we went to use this is was turned off so we had to switch it on and wait and hour for it to heat. The general pool/sauna area is not very nice.

Nicest personel and accomodation, best breakfast buffet ever seen.
The parking garage is horror, €800 damage because it is too small for modern lange electric cars. The damaged walls prove me right. The minibar is very noiisy at night.

I first booked a single room and the toilet seat was up against the wall with barely any room for legs. I complained and changed to a bigger room (paid extra for it). The bigger room - the sheets and towels were clean, no problem there. But the furniture looks old. Still, not an actual problem for me because I wasn't into the "looks" of it. At 7am someone's shower made all the pipes within walls buzz and make this high pitch sound. I woke up to it and it lasted about 2 mins. On my 2nd day, there was no hot water in the shower.
