Everything about the Hotel was great. Breakfast was great and the staff was also polite and helpful. The folks at the reception were also very good.
The pool was way smaller than it appears on the website. Was it clearly mentioned on bokking.com as how big it was? If not then please do as the pictures can be very misleading. If yes, then my bad as I missed it.

The location, around the corner from the bus station was great.
The roof top bar had a menu, however it seemed the food was prepared on the ground floor as hot food was cold by the time it was delivered.

Wonderful
Rooms were lovely, with lots of space. Really love the split from the ‘wardrobe walkway’ into the bedroom itself with spacious bathroom and all amenities needed. Rooftop terrace was beautiful, and the inside bar/restaurant was excellent. Pool area is plenty big enough for several couples/families, with the bar service being amazing with pool side service. Front of house staff were lovely and accommodating and the cleaning staff were approachable, helpful and kind.

The room was modern, with two nightstands, one on each side of the bed, with plenty of sockets (I think there were 5-6 in total) with USB-A and USB-C ports. The AC system was mounted inside the wall, and it gave a more elegant view of the room; also, the control was easy to understand and use. The amenities were many (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc.), and others could have been requested via reception or through an online form. I was very pleased by the shaving kit. The bathroom was quite big, decorated in a modern and elegant way. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, ready to assist us, and made our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, we couldn't try the pool or eat at the restaurant from the terrace as we were strolling through the city all day.
To reach the pool and the restaurant on the terrace, you had to climb some stairs, as the elevator didn't reach the top of the building. I am a bit disappointed because the hotel is marked as accessible for wheelchair users.

Location was very convenient for our event
I have never stayed in a hotel room that did not have a coffee machine or kettle to make coffee/tea. My room didn’t have one. I thought it was some type of oversight but when I talked to the front desk, they told me a kettle didn’t come with a standard room. They could rent me a kettle for 35 euros for day. I was going to be there 12 days so that would have been a little pricey - I told them that for that much money, I’d buy one. And I did buy one the next day at Les Cristes Inglese. I should have never had to do this.

Unpredictable time for room service. Out all morning and come in to put my feet up and there’s a knock at the door at 1 o’clock. Worse, one day the room had been cleaned and I came back for a nap and there’s a knock at the door. 2 cleanings? It was 3 in the afternoon. I’m trying to stay out of your way - lol.
