Quality of food at the rooftop cafe. That clearly did not match the pricing. Pool was missing towels that were not delivered upon request - waited for 30 minutes

Pool was amazing and so was the AC
Front desk staff was wonderful but waitstaff were not very friendly. On my last day there, the bar was opened late and 20 minutes after open I went to order a drink at the bar and the waitress shooed me away angrily.

Firstly the bed was very comfy, and the room more spacious than expected. I liked the environmental view- choosing to skip daily housekeeping and only have as needed- but this has been valued with a drinks token each day per person for the bar downstairs
All areas were immaculate, staff professional and friendly.
The location was great for us too!

Everything about the Hotel was great. Breakfast was great and the staff was also polite and helpful. The folks at the reception were also very good.
The pool was way smaller than it appears on the website. Was it clearly mentioned on bokking.com as how big it was? If not then please do as the pictures can be very misleading. If yes, then my bad as I missed it.

I have never stayed in a hotel room that did not have a coffee machine or kettle to make coffee/tea. My room didn’t have one. I thought it was some type of oversight but when I talked to the front desk, they told me a kettle didn’t come with a standard room. They could rent me a kettle for 35 euros for day. I was going to be there 12 days so that would have been a little pricey - I told them that for that much money, I’d buy one. And I did buy one the next day at Les Cristes Inglese. I should have never had to do this.

The room was modern, with two nightstands, one on each side of the bed, with plenty of sockets (I think there were 5-6 in total) with USB-A and USB-C ports. The AC system was mounted inside the wall, and it gave a more elegant view of the room; also, the control was easy to understand and use.
The amenities were many (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc.), and others could have been requested via reception or through an online form. I was very pleased by the shaving kit. The bathroom was quite big, decorated in a modern and elegant way.
The room was cleaned every day.
The staff was very nice, ready to assist us, and made our stay more pleasant.
Unfortunately, we couldn't try the pool or eat at the restaurant from the terrace as we were strolling through the city all day.
To reach the pool and the restaurant on the terrace, you had to climb some stairs, as the elevator didn't reach the top of the building. I am a bit disappointed because the hotel is marked as accessible for wheelchair users.

There’s no coffee machine in the room, no free water. We’ve stayed other NH hotels and they are complete with amenities in the room. The breakfast is not what we expected. It’s the same every day. Stayed 5 days and no change at all. Staff are not helpful.

Cleanliness. Welcoming water in the lobby as you home in from the heat. Breakfast was 110%. Never have I seen anything like it.
Unpredictable time for room service. Out all morning and come in to put my feet up and there’s a knock at the door at 1 o’clock. Worse, one day the room had been cleaned and I came back for a nap and there’s a knock at the door. 2 cleanings? It was 3 in the afternoon. I’m trying to stay out of your way - lol.

Location is good for public transportation and also Uber. Walking distance (12 mins+) from the old city. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The internet was slow (and sometimes didn't work). Pool for a hotel with this name and magnitude is small and feels a bit old.

Close to all, including taxi station. But station, Corte Ingles and Mall, next to beautiful River Park for walking or riding bikes. A 20 minute walk to center. They even have a great rooftop bar and pool for having a nice drink and getting some great views.

Great buffet breakfast. Lots of choices. Great quality. Room was quiet. Nice, new exercise facility. Next to a huge upscale mall with Cortes Ingles and grocery. Every type of store and convenience food imaginable. Across the street from the Valencia Turia greenbelt. Beautiful garden park a block away. First time we've had a mini-bar in a Spanish hotel room. That was a real plus.

The Receptionist were very helpful and professional. I would like to thank Herenando for his continous support and excellent customer service. Also a shout out for Abel and another receptionsit whom I failed to pick up his name.
The location is excellent and the cleanliness is to the point. The hotel has opnened a new bar lounge which is spacious and very nice to enjoy a drink, work solely or meet with colleagues for business.

Nice staff, very welcoming, and nice location
The pool was unusable; nobody told us until we arrived. I consider the photos fake because they showed the pool as the main amenity, but it did not exist. Be aware before your reserve.
