Excellent location, 30 minutes from the airport with metro and about 20 from the city center with bus 4, and 15 to the beach. Lidl nearby, lots of shops, small restaurants around. Excellent room with plenty of space and a huge bathroom. Very clean (serviced every day). Excellent breakfast. The buffet is well organized and stuffed with all you may think of eating to start the day with. There are plenty of tables and space. Nice, discrete, and helpful staff.
Indeed, it's not really soundproof, but there was an additional door between the entry hall and the room that helps. Anyways, after a full day of enjoying Valencia, it's hard to believe something could wake you up.

Late check-in worked super well, they had a parking spot left. The room was very comfortable and they upgraded me free of charge, which was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and professional.

It was very located hotel with a lovley cafe just at the corner! I must say helping staff who gave us a iphone charger to charge the phone. Bus and metro nearby.
Nothing particularly! Being used to have tea bags in a hotel was a little inconvience but they gave the kettle and managed to buy tea bags nearby Lidl.
