Oh my gosh, let me just say that this hotel was a highlight in our experience in Spain! Such beautiful facilities, so clean, and such attention to making us feel like really valued patrons. Little touches like “thank you” chocolates! Great bedding and absolutely fabulous shower. The front desk personnel went out of their way to guide us on must-see activities, procuring taxis, anything we needed. Also, the location was so great with the castle right there, not to mention the rooftop bar with the beautiful castle at sunset.

Fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to see in the old town. Close to public transportation that we took to go the beach. Cute rooftop bar, great service and caring staff.

It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The aesthetic was lovely, but didn't sacrifice utility. Staff members were all warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay better. There were a number of nice perks, in addition to the already nice amenities. A really wonderful stay.

Breakfast needs a lot of work. No day busy but still waited a long time to get served. Serving thee in a coffee glass because other glases were dirty or not enough, an omlette is not like you know but just an egg with the bacon, cheese, ham on the side...
Need to really work on this cause I do not want to know how it is when its busy....

Perfect location for visiting all the sights. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly.. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and large comfortable beds. Could not fault this hotel in any way. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

Ana did a great job in explaining everything we need to know about the hotel and Valencia. The Junior Suite was spacious with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Will stay again when visiting Valencia

This was a beautiful hotel! We had a junior suite and they have thought of everything for our stay! Highly recommended! Staff was so very helpful especially for all the Fallas activities!
