Everything!! We stayed at the hotel for three nights and loved everything about it: the location was excellent, the facilities, our beautiful room, the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager, Daniel (he is knowledgeable, very nice and friendly). They showed much attention to detail and a genuine desire to please. They made us feel like we had known them for a long time. The hotel includes a beautiful bar that has very nice ambiance and welcomes you with Agua de Valencia and also offers many other great cocktails. Ask for Andrea (she is wonderful), but all the team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy..

The hotel was just one and a half short blocks from the Plaza de Reina (Valencia Cathedral) such that there is super easy access to restaurants and souvenir shopping and sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and they provided several drinks in the mini fridge at no extra charge and a complementary drink for each guest at their bar or rooftop. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely courteous. We stayed during the solar eclipse and they even gave us free solar eclipse glasses. The little touches did make our stay very comfortable and we felt taken care of. The lobby smelled really good and their air conditioning was powerful and could cool down the room very quickly.
The location was excellent for checking out old town but requires a 10-plus minute walk to a subway station or to any bus that takes you to the City of Arts and Sciences.

What a great hotel. It is close to the main historic & cultural sites, as well as near many restaurants, shops, and transit lines. Depending on how you arrive, you may have to carry/roll/drag your luggage a short block, as the street is limited access (I'm sure the staff would have helped us deliver the luggage if we had asked). The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Although their English was fine, they were more than willing to indulge me in speaking Spanish to help me practice my not-so-fine skills. The room was quite nice, although small, and the bathroom was great. The lobby is quite small, but if you want to hang out there is a great rooftop cafe (serves breakfast in the AM), as well as a cozy bar/cafe attached (both are recommended).
As in many central hotels in historic areas, the standard rooms are quite small. All were very well appointed though and the bathroom was commodious.

While the room was spacious, you can tell that it's located in (the naturally crowded) old town. Stairs are somewhat steep, and no space for a breakfast buffet. But it is nice.

The staff, especially Daniel made us feel very welcome right away. He explained the city to us, recommended restaurants, and was super friendly and warm as was the rest of the staff. They also upgraded our room which made our stay so special.
Everything was great, one small thing the bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way sometimes so that should be looked at by maintenance. Didn’t cause an issue, the bathroom was nice but just a note.

Well located for central Valencia. Very professional staff: always helpful and gracious. What one expects from an excellent hotel. Rooms well designed, and well maintained. Very high a standard of comfort.
Only one peccadillo: the light to the en suite bathroom was quite bright and turned on via motion detector. As a result, if one uses the bathroom at night, the the bedroom is exposed to the light.

The staff in the hotel were brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. Detail to service was exceptional and communication before and during the stay was first class. Perfect location for Valencia, close to Metro for airport, tourist attractions, cycles and cafes.

Everything was perfect top to bottom! Clean, luxurious and spacious rooms, but above all else the staff here is A++. I had an emergency situation with a lost wallet in my cab to the airport, and I frantically contacted the staff here and within minutes the located the cab driver and arranged for him to go back to the airport and deliver my wallet, with drivers license, cash and credit cards still inside. Made our flight with a few minutes to spare and avoided a major disaster.

All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us plan our time in Valencia. We loved the hotel room which was spotlessly clean, the bar and the roof terrace and the welcome drink ,was a nice surprise. We would highly recommend the hotel and the wonderful staff!

I really liked how the workers where very welcoming and the designs where a very nice touch to the experience and the breakfast was delicious and my kids went crazy over the tv that opened out of the ground with a remote it was an amazing experience
