Central location, helpful staff. The room is big, there is a dining area and a full kitchen, adequate bathroom. The parking is accessible via a lift, from a pedestrian zone and the hotel emails you a permit to be able to drive there legally. The parking is tight, and there was a car that couldn't get out because of another car that the hotel personnel thought it was our car and called us in the morning and were a bit "short" with us, in a somewhat accusatory tone. When I went downstairs, I saw that it wasn't my car. I did not make a big deal, mistakes happen. The reception personnel called us and offered us free breakfast, which was a very nice gesture to show how much they care about their clients.

Excellent apartment, good size for families, two bathrooms. Perfect location in the historic town vrey close to the central market. Delicious breakfast and very kind people.
The apartment was close but not in the same bulding than the hotel. It's a little unconfortable but not trascendental.

If I had to come up with one recommendation, I would say the gym could be improved with a set of free weights and better climate control. But even that is just a recommendation. Workout was still possible.

Wonderful stay centrally located in heart Valencia downtown. I picked this for the location as it is in a small square, close to all the sights but quiet. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed in the large triple suite which was roomy for our family of 3 adults. Amenities were clean and the breakfast in downstairs restaurant was included and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Valencia

Location very central, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and so close to lots of good restaurants. Room was quiet, comfortable, lots of space. The spa was a luxurious treat. And the Reception staff were all helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well.
The parking garage…if you don’t have to drive there, don’t! But that is more our issue than any negative feedback towardsthe hotel.
