Great location. Very spacious. Modern.
If I had to come up with one recommendation, I would say the gym could be improved with a set of free weights and better climate control. But even that is just a recommendation. Workout was still possible.

Location
The rooms and windows are not insulated and we could hear everything outside from our room (we were on the 2nd floor). It is not possible to sleep without earplugs at night. The breakfast choice is limited and one must order (ie it is not a buffet). There was no real healthy option on the menu and waiters were not very friendly. Overall hotel facility is outdated and not well maintained: pictures do not reflect this clearly.

The hotel is in the central market plaza, great location and has a secure garage operated with a lift for the car. We had the spa facilities to ourselves and the breakfast was varied and very good
The modern light switches give off a lot of light so it is not so dark overnight

On arrival greeted on reception by Gabi who was so warm and friendly which was a great first impression. Gabi was so lovely to speak to throughout our stay, always greeted with a lovely smile. All the staff were helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The in-room coffee machine as replenished each day and bottles of water restocked as well. We also were extremely surprised to find on my partner's birthday when we returned to our room, a bottle of wine, chocolates and balloons with a card to wish him well, what a lovely touch. We found the breakfast each day so enjoyable and so refreshing to be able to choose from a menu rather than a buffet where we have to keep getting up and down. The location is outstanding with the Central Market immediately across the Plaza and next to the Silk Market. The Cathedral is a 5 minute walk away and all other major sites easily walkable within 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here in the future when visiting Valencia.
The only small issue is that when using the shower the water can easily splash out onto the floor as the shower door does not completely enclose the shower.
