We had booked this hotel for several days in Valencia and we were on The Level. Staff in the level lounge were very welcoming and it was a lovely lounge. The room we had was amazing. Everything was provided. We had beautiful toiletries, complementary water, and chocolates. We had a drink in the cocktail bar downstairs and that was delicious but very quiet at the time we were there. I must say the staff were very helpful as we didn’t complete our stay here and they really helped out with our bookings. I think this hotel is perfect for a business trip. We had breakfast and we really enjoyed it.
I had looked up this hotel and missed that it was in an area quite far from the old town. I felt it didn’t give the true feeling of Valencia. The pool was very small and the sunbeds filled up quickly and I was also disappointed that although it was the beginning of September and very warm that the pool bar was closed.
As it’s the tallest property in Valencia, I believe the corridors are very dark when you come out of the lifts. Although the room was amazing, the air conditioning did not seem great.

Staff is extremely friendly and breakfast was good. If you have a room at the level the additional Lounge access and separated breakfast area is very relaxed.

Very large and felt quite high end
Lifts were a disaster - often it took 10 mins just to go downstairs and another 10 to go back to your room
My key stopped working and the front reception man was weird about it because apparently our party hadn’t split off into rooms as their system had allocated it (but they never told us how they had allocated it, so no idea how we were meant to guess)
Breakfast was a bit rubbish for the price
