I liked that it was clean, and the room was really spacious!
Everything was mostly fine, parking is 26€ per night.
Our room door looked like it was busted, and even dough it had the lock - our did not, it was broken

The room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable, outstanding views of Valencia on the 25th floor, staff spoke great English and provided great service, The Level facilities are great to have and the hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful - I had a superb stay!
Hotel is quite far out from the city centre, but is very well connected by public transport (bus routes + Beniferri metro station)

The window is permanently closed, we couldn’t refresh air inside the room. Too hot at the night. The spa is available only for adults and 30 euro per hour. Doesn’t worth it at all. Too dirty

Breakfast was good.
Chairs in reception area uncomfortable for smaller people, seats far to long.
Long wait for lifts to arrive when called. No parasols by pool. Guests staying at hotel should get cheaper car parking.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was reasonably good. Location was ok for us.
The view from our room was nice and the room size was great for a family with young children. Having an extra toilet was definitely a plus!
Room was very outdated with uneven floor and horrible carpets.
The rooms were not cleaned properly and water was never replaced.
There was a drilling noise around 10pm one of the nights.
For the price, I expected a much better room

The staff were very friendly. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. The lobby is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety! Staff at restaurants were lovely too.
I also had a spa treatment at the hotel cobrw 29 spa which was separately booked which was also very good. Worth the price.
Took a while waiting for lifts during busy times like breakfast but other than that no issue at all
